Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure

Hotel Security Officers safeguard international guests, high-value corporate assets, and facility operational boundaries:
Conducting regular foot patrols across internal guest corridors, parking bays, peripheral boundary walls, and specialized entrance zones.
Managing access control parameters at staff and visitor entry points, verifying delivery manifests, and logging contractor vehicles accurately.
Welcoming hotel guests warmly while keeping an alert profile to detect, deter, and report unauthorized individuals or safety hazards.
Monitoring on-site CCTV tracking systems, responding immediately to fire or panic alarm activations, and handling emergency evacuation protocols if triggered.
Writing clear, accurate operational shift reports, incident logs, and gate register tracking arrays with total data entry accuracy.
Interfacing closely with hotel concierge teams, shift managers, and external emergency services to maintain a safe, welcoming lifestyle precinct.
