3. Key Requirements
Director (Accreditation): Degree in Education or Quality Management (NQF 7), plus 5 years of middle/senior management experience.
Assistant Director (Data): Degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science. Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or STATA is required.
Administrative Roles: National Diploma or Degree in Public Management/Office Admin.
Executive Support: Grade 12 is the minimum; a degree/diploma is advantageous. No experience required (entry-level).
Driver: Grade 10 plus a valid Code 08 (Manual) license and 7–12 months of experience. A PrDP is an advantage.
