Programme Purpose
This learnership provides successful candidates with the opportunity to earn a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF Level 3). The programme integrates structured theoretical learning with practical, on-the-job training in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in all theoretical training modules and assessments.
Apply learned knowledge in real-world workplace environments to develop operational competence.
Meet all learnership requirements based on SAQA-registered unit standards.
Work collaboratively within a team to meet packaging and production targets.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with passes in Mathematics and English.
Advantageous: Technical qualifications (N3, N4, N5, or N6) will be an added advantage.
Competencies: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.
