2. Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this officer-level role, applicants must meet the following:

3. Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination: Managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the directorate.
Financial Support: Assisting with budget monitoring, processing travel claims, and overseeing petty cash.
Procurement: Coordinating the acquisition of goods and services via the SCM unit and tracking delivery.
Human Resources: Managing leave registers, coordinating performance agreements (PMDS), and assisting with recruitment administration for the unit.
Meeting Management: Secretarial support for senior management meetings, including drafting minutes and tracking action items.
Document Control: Overseeing the filing system and ensuring that all departmental correspondence is tracked and archived correctly.
