Duration: 18 Months

Purpose of the Opportunity
This programme is designed for students who have completed the theoretical component (N4–N6) of their Management Assistant studies but require structured workplace exposure to fulfill their academic requirements and qualify for graduation.
Key Learning Areas
During the 18-month placement, students will gain practical experience in:
Administrative support and office coordination.
Record keeping and filing systems.
Communication support and professional correspondence.
Basic management functions and office technology usage.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the placement, applicants must:
Be currently or formerly enrolled as a Management Assistant student at Tshwane South TVET College.
Have completed N4, N5, and N6 theoretical levels.
Require the 18-month in-service training as a compulsory component to obtain their National N-Diploma.
Required Application Documents

Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Certified copies of Academic Certificates/Results (N4 to N6).
Certified copy of Identity Document (ID).
An Official Letter of Service from the college or campus confirming the need for WIL.

Important Notes
Verification: Incomplete submissions will not be considered, as documentation is used to verify academic eligibility.
Outcome: Participation in the WIL programme supports qualification completion but does not guarantee permanent employment after the 18-month period.
Safety Warning: TVET colleges and SETAs will never ask for payment to place a student in a WIL or internship programme. Beware of scams requesting "placement fees."
