Programme Overview
This is a structured Business Administration NQF Level 3 learnership specifically designated for People with Disabilities. The programme combines theoretical training with on-the-job work experience within the Human Resources department to help unemployed youth gain valuable corporate skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Academic Completion: Attend classes and complete all requirements of the NQF Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to the People and Culture (HR) team.
Operational Assistance: Support the department during peak business periods and provide coverage when regular team members are on leave.
Work Experience: Engage in structured on-the-job learning under the supervision of HR professionals.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Matric (Grade 12) with a minimum of 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy and two South African languages (one being English).
Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
Citizenship: South African citizen.
Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed.
Ineligibility: Must not be currently enrolled in any full-time studies and must not have previously completed this specific qualification (Business Administration NQF 3).
Legal: No criminal or negative credit record.
Specific Eligibility Criteria

Remuneration
