Purpose Statement
To enhance the lives of clients by providing excellent service and fulfilling their financial needs using the Global One product offering. The goal is to support clients to "Bank Better and Live Better."
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Provide exceptional service in a client-facing environment.
Problem Solving: Identify and fulfill client needs through tailored banking solutions.
Operational Excellence: Use Global One products to support sales and relationship management.
Process Adherence: Follow internal business procedures and organizational policies, including credit granting principles.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Experience: * 3 to 6 months of client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments.
Note: Candidates with no experience will be considered if they hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
Knowledge: Basic calculations and understanding of retail/consumer service environments.
Conditions of Employment:
Clear criminal and credit record.
Recognizable fingerprints (for the internal electronic banking system).
Ideal Requirements
Education: Tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related field; certification in Finance or Banking.
Experience: More than 1 year of experience in a sales/client-facing retail or banking role.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and Branch Credit Granting Policy (BCGP) principles.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
