Programme Purpose
The Engineer-in-Training (EiT) programme is a structured 24-month internship designed to develop technical expertise and a long-term talent pipeline for Eskom's power generation and mechanical design sectors. Successful completion helps graduates work towards professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
Minimum Requirements
Education: B.Eng or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: No prior experience required (entry-level graduate post).
Skills: Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
