Role Overview

The Accounting Graduate will support the Finance Shared Service Centre. This role is designed for a high-performing graduate looking to gain experience in statutory and management accounting within a global automotive leader.

Key Responsibilities (Missions)

  • Accounting Support: Assist with statutory and management accounting tasks.

  • Fixed Assets: Manage the fixed asset function, including the Register, Asset Under Construction (AUC), General Ledger (GL), and depreciation.

  • Reconciliations: Handle intercompany reconciliation processes and balance sheet reconciliations (both manual and subsystem).

  • Statutory Compliance: Assist with EMP201 submissions, STATS SA monthly reports, and BBBEE supplier spend reporting.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: A completed BCom degree in Financial Accounting.

  • Academic Record: Must have maintained an overall 70% pass mark throughout studies.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Orientation: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and collaborative teamwork.
