Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Build positive customer relationships
- Deliver an excellent shopping experience
Sales
- Contribute towards store sales targets
- Promote products and special offers
- Recommend suitable products to customers
- Monitor and improve personal sales performance
Stock Management
- Replenish stock on the sales floor
- Ensure products are correctly displayed
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Report stock shortages and issues
Store Operations
- Support daily store activities
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Assist management when required
