Minimum Requirements
- Grade 9, ABET Level 4, Standard 7, or NQF Level 1 qualification
- South African citizen
- Ability to perform the duties of a Garden Worker
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language
- Basic reading, writing, numeracy, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety procedures
- Ability to operate basic gardening machinery and equipment
- Willingness to work extended hours when required
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas
- Water, prune, and care for plants and shrubs
- Mow lawns and remove weeds
- Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy
- Collect and dispose of garden waste
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Ensure safe working practices are followed
