Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and provide requested court files to authorised parties

  • Record documents received by the court

  • Maintain systematic records of case files and requests

  • Provide case management support and attend to set‑down notices

  • Submit leave forms to HR and maintain filing registers

  • Safekeeping and disposal of case records according to procedures
