Minimum Requirements
Education: Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
Skills: Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS Office).
Experience: No prior work experience is required.
INSETA Eligibility Criteria
Must be a South African citizen.
Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
Must have been unemployed for at least the last 6 months.
Must not have previously participated in any INSETA-funded learnership.
Working Hours & Schedule
The role operates on a rotational roster shift system servicing international or extended hours environments (often supporting UK operations):
Friday to Monday: 9-hour shifts.
Saturdays: 8-hour shifts.
Sundays: 5-hour shifts.
Time Off: 2 weekdays off (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
Training: 1 weekday per week is dedicated entirely to on-site full qualification training.
Public Holidays: You may be required to work South African public holidays if scheduled (unless it aligns with a UK public holiday closing).
