What you’ll do
- Create and manage user accounts according to defined standards and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve login issues after account creation.
- Handle errors such as duplicate usernames and permission/access issues.
- Ensure accuracy when capturing user details, including correct spelling and information.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow naming conventions.
- Support compliance with security and access control requirements.
Qualifications
- Matric certificate is required.
- Basic PC literacy skills (email, systems navigation, data entry).
- Knowledge of Active Directory will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail to avoid errors that may impact system access or security.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes.
- Basic problem-solving skills related to user access and account issues.
