What you’ll do

  • Create and manage user accounts according to defined standards and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve login issues after account creation.
  • Handle errors such as duplicate usernames and permission/access issues.
  • Ensure accuracy when capturing user details, including correct spelling and information.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow naming conventions.
  • Support compliance with security and access control requirements.

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate is required.
  • Basic PC literacy skills (email, systems navigation, data entry).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail to avoid errors that may impact system access or security.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Basic problem-solving skills related to user access and account issues.
