Skills Junction offers 12-month fixed-term learnerships that combine theoretical learning (online or classroom) with practical workplace experience.
Available Categories:
Unemployed Learnerships: For youth seeking entry into the economy.
Employed Learnerships: For companies looking to upskill existing staff.
Disability Inclusion: Specialized programmes for people living with disabilities.
Learner Benefits:
Monthly stipend for the duration of the 12-month programme.
National Qualification (NQF Levels 1–6).

2. 18.2 Learnership Entry Requirements (Unemployed Youth)
Age Group: 18 – 34 years.
Citizenship: South African Citizens only.
Qualifications: Minimum Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
Documents Needed:
Comprehensive CV.
Certified Copy of ID.
Certified Copy of Matric Certificate.
SARS Tax Registration proof.
Bank account confirmation letter.
Disability confirmation (if applicable).
