2. Key Responsibilities
Train to become a qualified Millwright through structured discipline-specific learning.
Understand and use plant maintenance and work management systems.
Comply with Safety Management Systems (IMS, MBO) and apply emergency procedures.
Read, interpret, and implement task risk assessments and hazard identifications.
Participate in daily meetings, root cause analyses (RCA), and performance appraisals.
Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to waste disposal procedures.
Work effectively in a team and provide feedback on work progress to supervisors.
3. Minimum Requirements
Education: Completed Matric / N3 or equivalent qualification.
Subjects: Must have passed Mathematics, Science, and English.
Experience: 0 – 1 relevant years (Entry-level).
Skills/Competencies:
Action planning and workflow management.
Self-development and nimble learning.
Ability to manage complexity and ensure accountability.
Technical knowledge of policies, procedures, and performance improvement.
