Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Shortlisted candidates must pass a typing test
- Computer literacy (MS Word)

Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Typing of appeals, reviews, reports, minutes and circulars
- Typing witness statements, affidavits, court orders and memorandums
- Providing relief for administrative staff when necessary
- Filing, opening files and scheduling appointments
- Handling public queries
- Performing additional administrative duties as required

Requirements
Applicants should be in possession of a minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification. A minimum typing speed of 35 wpm. Shortlisted candidates will be required to pass a typing test. All shortlisted candidates shall undertake a pre-entry practical exercise as part of the assessment method to
determine the candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements. Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Word). Good communication skills (written and verbal). interpersonal relations, planning and organization skills. Good problem-solving skills. Accuracy and
