Idwala Industrial Holdings, a market leader in lime, carbonates, magnetite, and industrial minerals, is offering an exciting 24-month Learnership Programme at its Daniëlskuil operation.
This programme provides valuable, hands-on training in a specialised industrial discipline under the guidance of the Process Engineer Superintendent.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Advantage: Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Commitment to complete a 24-month programme
- Willingness to work in hot and dusty environments
- Availability to work shifts and overtime if required
- Strong desire to excel in a specialised field
Selection Criteria
- Preference for candidates from designated groups
- Currently unemployed
- Demonstrated learning potential
- No criminal record
