Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all customer inquiries, store card applications, correspondence, and employment verifications are handled efficiently and professionally.

Job Summary:
The Cashbook Clerk is responsible for ensuring the reconciliation of assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
– Cashbook processing and Bank Recon:
– Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for local and foreign bank accounts
– Reconcile bank statements to General Ledger bank balance
– Investigate variances or discrepancies to prevent loss
– Process monthly interest and bank charges
– Variance Analysis:
– Identify and investigate cash variances in stores
– Resolve differences and prevent loss

Qualifications:
