Tracker Connect, a leading IT and internet company, is offering an exceptional opportunity for 25 young individuals to embark on a Call Centre Learnership NQF Level 4.

This fixed-term contract, based in Johannesburg, aims to equip unemployed youth with the skills, experience, and knowledge necessary to deliver outstanding customer service.

Learnership Overview

This comprehensive learning intervention combines structured unit standard-based learning with practical workplace experience, totaling 132 credits. Upon completion, learners will possess the following competencies:

– Single-call resolution skills
– Data capturing and updating
– Maintaining customer service standards in high-pressure environments
– Product marketing and sales
– Proactive upselling and cross-selling
– Invoice management and payment allocation
– Electronic communication handling
– Data integrity campaign assistance
– Contracting, scheduling, and Tracker system understanding


To be eligible, applicants must:

– Be South African citizens with a valid ID
– Be between 18 and 35 years old with no criminal record
– Have a Matric certificate with a D/Level 4 symbol pass in English
– Be currently unemployed and not studying full-time
– Possess a passion for customer service and a professional attitude
– Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Be detail-oriented and willing to learn
– Be able to cope with a constantly changing and pressurized environment
– Be willing to work in a multi-skilling environment
– Have basic computer skills


While there are no specific benefits mentioned, the Learnership offers a minimal stipend to cover basic expenses during the 12-month duration.

 Sales Support Administrator – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract


Tracker, a leading IT and internet company, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator for a 6-month fixed term contract in the Western Cape region.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales Consultants, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


– Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants across all channels

– Deliver feedback to internal and external stakeholders on new applications, outstanding installations, and other requests

– Build and maintain sustainable relationships with business partners and clients to drive customer satisfaction and centricity

– Handle queries and complaints, resolving them promptly and providing feedback to all stakeholders

– Maintain and enhance reports to monitor regional productivity and efficiencies

– Provide daily feedback to stakeholders on outstanding actions impacting customer service

– Support Sales Teams with commission clients and business partners

– Ensure regional alignment with Tracker Head Office processes to increase efficiencies and turnaround times

– Positively influence processes and relationships to achieve business objectives

– Support other business units and departments within Tracker Connect




– Matric with minimum 3 years of Customer Service and Administration experience

– Qualification in Customer Service or Administration advantageous

– Experience in Tracking or GSM-related industry advantageous

– Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

– Ability to deal with customers at operational and executive levels

– Implementation of strategy experience

– Good communication skills
