Key Responsibilities:

– Complete the development programme with a minimum pass rate of 75%
– Escalate queries and concerns associated with the programme

– Adhere to company policies and procedures
– Perform assigned tasks and adhere to Mine and Technical Services standards and procedures

Requirements:

– Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (40% minimum)

– N3 engineering with Mathematics and Physical Science (40% minimum)
– Medically fit for the position and environment

– 18-35 years old (in support of Government’s Youth Development Programme)
– Residing in Marikana Area
