About the Opportunity

The City of Tshwane is seeking a qualified Technician to manage and support the SAP Plant Maintenance Production System. The successful candidate will provide system support, user training, master data management, and assist with SAP maintenance processes to ensure efficient service delivery and maintenance planning.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Red Seal Trade Certificate in one of the following:
  • Electrical Trade
  • Mechanical Trade
  • Civil Trade
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Production
• Experience with SAP notifications and work order implementation
• Willingness to undergo a criminal record check and fingerprint verification

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Plant Maintenance training to colleagues and client departments
• Support users with SAP maintenance processes and procedures
• Manage and maintain SAP master data
• Assist with notifications and work order implementation
• Identify and help resolve system errors
• Liaise with SAP consultants regarding technical issues and system improvements
• Monitor planner groups and support maintenance planning activities
• Promote accurate data capture and effective SAP system usage

Salary Package

Salary Scale: R388,116 – R539,040 per annum

Estimated Total Remuneration Package: R525,933 – R718,031 per annum
