Minimum Requirements
- Matric qualification
- 3+ years' experience as a Stock Controller in the automotive retail industry
- Autoline/Drive system experience (advantageous)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles for damages, scratches, and dents
- Verify VIN numbers against delivery notes
- Ensure spare keys, spare tyres, tools, and accessories are received
- Record shortages or damages on delivery documentation
- Secure vehicle keys in designated key safes
- Conduct stock reconciliations accurately
- Maintain proper vehicle stock records and controls
