Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Recognised Boilermaker Trade Certificate
- At least 5 years' relevant work experience
- Experience in welding, metal fabrication, cutting, repairs and maintenance
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Required Experience

- Mining or heavy industrial environment experience (advantageous)
- Housekeeping and workshop safety practices
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding, cutting and fabrication work
- Maintain and repair mining equipment
- Inspect equipment and structures for defects
- Operate welding and fabrication tools safely
- Follow mine safety regulations and PPE requirements
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Support preventative maintenance activities
- Report hazards and unsafe conditions
