Job Summary
Bidvest Tank Terminals has an opportunity for Work Integrated Learning for 18-months. This Opportunity exists within the Training Department,based in Kempton Park, reporting to the Training Manager. The candidate must meet the following minimum criteria.
Minimum Requirements
- No experience required
- A valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen)
- Must have completed theoretical training for diploma and now requires practical work experience to complete their diploma in the following Qualifications:
- Human Resource
- Business Administration
- Environmental Management
Main Purpose of the Programme
- To gain an understanding of the various departments within BTT
- Provide Students with on- the job work experience
- Train Students in various practical skills to enable easy integration into the workplace

- Ability to practice good workplace ethics
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- High levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a team, and/or independently as required
