Key Responsibilities
Preventive maintenance on plant electrical equipment
Breakdown maintenance to restore production quickly
Install and repair electrical systems and equipment
Assist with plant improvements and projects
Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, 20 Keys, Astral Code of Ethics
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Electrician with N3 Certificate
Completed apprenticeship + Trade Test Certificate
3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing/production
Basic knowledge of PLC systems
Own reliable transport
Willingness to work overtime/standby
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Wireman’s Licence
Experience in animal feed manufacturing
Residence in/around Paarl or willingness to relocate
Multi‑skilled maintenance background
