Purpose of the Learnership
Provide learners with hands‑on workplace experience in diverse industries.
Develop competencies aligned with NQF qualifications.
Offer mentorship and structured learning to prepare learners for permanent employment.
Support South Africa’s youth employment drive.
Minimum Requirements
South African citizenship
Age between 18 and 35 years
Matric (Grade 12) certificate preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be unemployed and not registered on another learnership
Willingness to commit to the full 12‑month programme
