Duties & Responsibilities

  • Registry Counter Services: Assist clients, respond to enquiries, register hand-delivered mail/files

  • Correspondence Handling: Receive, sort, and dispatch mail; distribute notices

  • Filing & Records Management: Open/close files, trace and retrieve documents, maintain filing system

  • Operate Office Equipment: Scanning, copying, capturing records

  • Archiving & Disposal: Process, sort, and package files for archiving; compile archive lists
