Minimum Requirements
South African citizenship
Age between 18 and 29 years
Matric (Grade 12) certificate
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Unemployed and not registered on another learnership
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone and email
Capture and process data accurately
Assist with administrative tasks in the Customer Service Centre
Maintain professionalism in client interactions
Participate in training and mentorship sessions
Fulfil programme requirements to achieve the qualification
