Minimum Requirements
A completed Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Core Competencies: Basic computer literacy and a high level of comfort interacting with mobile smartphone apps and digital platforms.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a welcoming personality, and a genuine passion for high-energy customer service.
Personal Attributes: Strong determination, adaptability, and a proactive approach to structural problem-solving on the branch floor.
Clearances: Clear criminal record and a completely clear personal credit rating profile (mandatory banking tracking checks apply).
Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure
Acting as the primary, energetic face of Capitec by welcoming clients warmly as they enter the branch service environment.
Assisting and educating clients on the ATM/ATM cash-device floor to complete transactions safely, reducing counter queues.
Guiding clients through the setup, functionality, and security protocols of the Capitec banking application on their smartphones.
Troubleshooting digital user errors, resolving mobile banking bottlenecks, and improving overall operational branch workflow efficiency.
Cross-selling Capitec’s financial products and digital service options by identifying unique client profiles and needs.
