The "Fast-Moving" Environment: Coca-Cola is an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company. In your interview, highlight any experience where you had to work under a strict deadline or manage high volumes of data/tasks.
Reference Numbers: Always double-check the Reference Number on the advert. Each location (e.g., Midrand vs. Devland) has a unique code.
Driver’s License: For Account Manager or Merchandiser roles, a Code 8 (B) License is almost always mandatory and non-negotiable.
Disability Equity: CCBSA frequently runs specialized learnerships for youth living with disabilities (e.g., Business Admin NQF 4).
If applicable, ensure you have a medical certificate ready.
6. Why Join Coca-Cola?
Global Standards: You will be trained on world-class manufacturing and supply chain systems (like SAP and iRED).
Sustainability Focus: Coca-Cola is heavily invested in water stewardship and "World Without Waste" initiatives.
Career Growth: Many In-Service trainees are absorbed into permanent roles as Warehouse Coordinators, QA Technicians, or Production Planners.
Tip: Since you are an engineering student focused on biomedical and electrical projects, the Quality Assurance (QA) and Manufacturing Stores streams are excellent fits for your background. They require the same level of precision and systematic thinking you use in your ventilator and motor-cad simulations!
