Key responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and marketplace platforms
  • Support campaign setup, updates, and optimisation
  • Assist with promotions, pricing updates, banners, and deal participation
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Support content coordination including product descriptions, imagery briefs, and promotional messaging
  • Assist with competitor analysis and marketplace trend tracking
  • Support paid media initiatives (search, display, marketplace ads) through data collection and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams (studio, merchandise, CRM) to ensure campaign readiness
  • Assist with customer insights analysis including reviews, ratings, and feedback trends
  • Support ad-hoc marketing projects, launches, and promotional calendars
