Impala Platinum Holdings Limited is inviting applications for its Boilermaking Learnership for the 2026 intake. This 42-month structured programme is based in Springs, Gauteng, and is designed to develop aspiring artisans into qualified Boilermakers through the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA).

2. Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this technical learnership, you must have:

  • Academic Qualifications: * A completed N2 or NCV Level 4 Certificate in Boilermaking.

  • Required N2 Subjects:

    • Mathematics

    • Engineering Science

    • Structural Steel Drawing

    • Plater Trade Theory

  • Health: Must be declared medically fit to work at both the Base Metal Refinery (BMR) and Precious Metals Refinery (PMR) plants.

  • Knowledge: A basic understanding of boilermaking trade principles.
