Requirements
Grade 12 with typing as a subject. Ability to type approximately 55 words per minute. Successful completion of a word processing course. Computer literate. Competencies and Attributes: Financial management, problem solving and decision-making. Plan, organise, lead and control. Change management. Project management, presentation, conflict management and report writing.

Duties
Capture data from available records into the required formats such as databases, tables and spreadsheets. Verify queries of missing data and correct errors observed during data entry. Review and validate all captured data from records before submission. Make regular backups to ensure data safety. Update registers and statistics as required. Keep and maintain accurate records and files. Ensure that records and files are properly sorted and secured. Provide information to relevant components when required. Manage assets.
