Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • PSIRA Grade C certification
  • Knowledge of physical security procedures and processes
  • Understanding of safety and security legislative frameworks
  • Knowledge of government confidentiality requirements

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Control access to the building and premises
  • Enhance safety and security within the facility
  • Prevent unauthorised items from entering or leaving the premises
  • Monitor CCTV surveillance systems
  • Enrol employees on the biometric access system
  • Provide access control support over weekends
  • Maintain order and ensure compliance with security regulations
