2. Qualification Requirements

Applicants must have a Degree or Diploma (NQF Level 6 or above) in one of the following:

  • Human Resource Management

  • Industrial Psychology

  • Human Resource Development


3. Minimum Requirements

  • Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.

  • Status: Currently unemployed.

  • Experience: No or very limited work experience (between 0 and 6 months).

  • Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of HR functions.
