2. Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 10 or equivalent (ABET Level 4).
Experience: Previous experience in a messenger service, registry, or office support environment is an advantage.

3. Key Responsibilities
Collection & Delivery: Collect and deliver official mail, files, and documents to various offices within the department and external organizations.
Registry Support: Assist the Registry unit with the sorting of incoming and outgoing mail.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate delivery registers to track the movement of sensitive or urgent documents.
Internal Distribution: Photocopying and distributing circulars or memos to relevant directorates.
General Support: Provide basic administrative assistance to the Support Services unit when required.
