Westfalia Fruit is seeking young, talented, and ambitious graduates to join their 2026 Accelerated Graduates Programme. This 24-month fixed-term contract offers real-world industry exposure and structured training in the fresh produce and avocado industry.

Tzaneen: Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Horticulture, Agricultural Science, Plant Pathology, Plant Breeding, Health & Safety, Biotechnology/Food Science, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, Communications, Social Work.
Johannesburg: Industrial Engineering, Health & Safety.
Howick: Health & Safety, Biotechnology/Food Science.
3. Minimum Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a South African Citizen.
Education: Completed qualification in one of the listed disciplines.
Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), time management, and attention to detail.
Attributes: Proactive, resilient, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Key Responsibilities
Participate in rotational exposure across business units.
Support daily operational, technical, or administrative tasks.
Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in mentoring.
Prepare progress reports and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
