2. Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the engineering and technical learnerships, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Academic Credentials:
Matric Certificate: Valid National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Technical Level: Completion of theoretical coursework (S4–S5) at a University of Technology or TVET College.
