3. Minimum Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, candidates must meet these mandatory criteria:
Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen or a permanent resident.
Membership: Must have been a member of SAAFoST for at least 1 year before applying.
Academic Level: Must have been registered for the postgraduate programme for at least one year before being nominated.
Academic Record: Must have an outstanding academic record in previous degrees.
Nomination: You cannot apply directly; you must be nominated by your Department Head.
