- Provide support in recruitment, selection and placement function (advertising, applications screening, scheduling interviews, preparation of recruitment packs, conducting pre-employment screening and onboarding)
- HR Administration – Maintain and update employee records, filing, document control, and record management
- Administration support for employee induction and off-boarding process
- Provide training and skills development support (including payment of invoices, coordinating training sessions and workshops, maintaining training records)
- Assist in maintaining an effective filing system within the HRM unit
Provide general administrative support Develop and maintain a filing system
Keep information in own area of work confidential
Receive and send correspondence - Support internal HR projects (e.g., performance management and wellness programs).
- Support recruitment and selection administration, including interview scheduling and documentation
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction administration
- Support performance management administration
- Provide support in employee relations processes (e.g. documentation, tracking progress, coordinating meetings)
- Support coordination of wellness days and employee wellbeing activities
- HR governance – Assist with updating HR policies and procedures and ensure HR practices comply with labour legislation and company policies
- Provide general HR administrative support to the HR Unit relating to processes and audit.
