2. Fields of Study Covered

3. Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
Age: Must be under 29 years old.
Residency: Must reside within the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality or the Sundays River Valley Local Municipality (Eastern Cape).
Education: Must have completed Matric.
Institution: Must be registered or provisionally accepted at a public tertiary institution (University or TVET/FET College) in South Africa.
Financial Status: Total combined household income must be LESS than R350,000 per annum.

6. Important Notes
Duration: The bursary is awarded for one academic year at a time.
Renewal: Students must reapply annually, and funding is subject to academic performance.
