Role Overview
getWorth is seeking an honest and trustworthy Driver to assist with vehicle stock management. The role involves working within a small team but requires the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Movement: Dropping off and collecting stock vehicles from various service providers.
Maintenance: Ensuring vehicles have fuel, starting cars regularly for battery health, and checking service history.
Preparation: Cleaning vehicles prior to viewing appointments.
Customer Service: Assisting with client requests for vehicle collection and aftersales repairs.
Appearance: Maintaining a presentable and professional image at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Licensing: Valid South African Driver’s License.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Language: Proficiency in spoken and written English (Preference for candidates fluent in Xhosa, Zulu, or Afrikaans).
Computer Literacy: Basic IT skills (handling driving schedules, emails, and digital checklists).
Legal: Clean criminal record and contactable references.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary: R104,644 (Cost to Company) per year.
Benefits: Includes Provident Fund and a Business Incentive Scheme.
Contract: Permanent.
Working Hours
Schedule: Six-day work week (45 hours), which includes Saturdays.
Holidays: Public holidays are worked on a rotational schedule.
