Minimum Requirements:
Essential:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum of 0 – 6 months Retail experience
- Minimum 1 year experience within retail environment in Cosmetics
- Certification is Retail or related field
- Computer literate – MS Office
Competencies:
- Computer literate – MS Office
- Customer oriented and Attention to detail
- English – Speak, read and Write
- Merchandising standards and FMCG industry. Working with Planograms. Category Knowledge including promotions, personal selling, sales targets, customer liaison, product knowledge.
- Comprehending fundamental arithmetic’s like addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Emotional intelligence

- Problem solving
- Trustworthy and honest and good time management
Advantageous:
