Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process from the initial stage until the filling of the vacant position.
- Provide support in the development of Work Skills Plans.
- Assist with managing the administration of Employee Benefits.
- Provide support in the administration of Bursary in the Agency.
- Provide support to Employee Specialist to facilitate the implementation of grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate Human Resource reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Labour Relations/ Industrial Psychology.

- Ability to Communicate (Written and oral) at operational level.
- Labour Relation Act
