DHL Group is looking for unemployed youth to apply for their 2026 YES Learnership Programme. A total of 25 positions are available for motivated young South Africans ready to build valuable work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and adhere to client requirements.
- Build knowledge to ensure correct use of equipment and report defects timeously.
- Report and record any non-conformity regarding customer merchandise.
- Work within operational areas set by management and business needs.
- Follow operating procedures and safe working practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Matric (English & Mathematics/Literacy) – Essential
- BBBEE candidate
- South African citizens only
- Unemployed youth aged 18–29
- Valid driver’s license (Code 08) – Desirable
- Valid Forklift/Reach truck license – Desirable
