Bidvest Insurance Learnership Programme

The Learnership Programme focuses on Value Added Product Claims, where participants will learn to assess and process claims accurately while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Handle telephonic and email queries professionally.
- Ensure customer experience excellence and embed Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
- Claims Processing
- Capture and validate claim details.
- Verify policy status and payments.
- Attach required supporting documents to the system.
- Process payments and refunds as needed.
- Query Management
- Resolve queries from policyholders, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- System Updates
- Record all interactions on the claims system.
- Update client policy information.
- Correspondence
- Communicate claim outcomes and future requirements to clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) – required.
- Computer literacy – essential.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong customer service and administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced environment.
