ABSA Home Loans Learnerships Overview:

  • Duration:
    • The learnership programme lasts for 12 months only.
    • Candidates are required to commit to the entire 12-month duration to successfully graduate.
  • Completion of Learnership:
    • Upon successfully completing the learnership, candidates will receive a Level 5 NQF Certificate in Banking.
    • Continuous mentoring and training will be provided to support personal and professional development.
  • Stipend: Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the learnership.

Requirements:

  • Age requirement: Candidates should be between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Application documentation: Applicants must submit a detailed CV with complete contact information and references.
  • Documentation: Copies of certificates, identity card, and proof of address should be included with the application.
  • Citizenship status: Candidates must be either South African citizens or permanent residents.
