Job Description

The Customer Service Consultant will assist walk-in customers with various card and cash-related matters, including teller services, ATMs, and Moneygram transactions. The primary

responsibility is to accurately assess and understand customer needs and respond in a way that consistently meets those needs within the bank’s financial offerings. This role requires a thorough understanding of banking processes and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Grade 12/High school/A levels/Matric
  • National Certificate in Banking (NQF5) is advantageous

Experience:

1-2 years of previous banking experience

Understanding of the bank’s policies and procedures related to teller and frontline support, bulk cash handling, and ATMs

Familiarity with legal aspects regarding cash handling

Knowledge of the functions of other departments within the branch

Retail experience
