Post Description:
- Draft implementation plans and organise students induction;
- Facilitate the purchase of training equipment and consumables from suppliers as required by the relevant project;
- Offer administrative support to the artisan and learnership training that is conducted in accordance with the relevant qualifications and requirements;
- Follow up on the student administration in accordance with the relevant requirements;
- Focus on registration, attendance registers, PPE, certification and issuing of certificates;
- Make contact with the project manager on a regular basis;
- Make sure learning material is in place at all times;
- Keep record of learner’s absenteeism and late coming and report to manager;
- Follow up queries from learners;
- Compile and submit required reports;
- Liaise with stakeholders;
- Appoint new learners on ITS;
- Capture learner data on SETA’s portals;
- Record keeping or filing as required;
- Attend monthly and quarterly projects meetings;
- Evaluation of required documents before any submission;
- Other administrative duties that may arise.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed 18 Months Work Experience in a Project Administration environment;
- Qualification: Management Assistant or equivalent;
- Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
Nature of Appointment:
- Contract (18 Months).
Stipend:
- R6,500.00 per month.
